The Connecticut Valley Hospital plans next week to withdraw its application for temporary-leave status for the former Chaplin man who killed his wife.
State Psychiatric Security Review Board Executive Director Ellen LaChance said CVH sent a document to PSRB dated Sept. 22 that it intends to withdraw its application for temporary leave status for David Messenger.
