Residents protest loud student parties

WINDHAM - The problem of college student parties was addressed Tuesday night, as police have made nearly 20 arrests in the last week and a half.
Of the arrests, 15 were students from Eastern Connecticut State University, Matthew Vertefeuille, Windham’s code enforcement director, said at Tuesday’s board of selectmen meeting.

Concert to help out RHAM musicians

A Grammy-nominated musician will perform locally later this month to raise funds for RHAM High School musicians.
David Lanz, a composer and pianist who has released more than 20 recordings, will give a concert at RHAM High School in Hebron to benefit the RHAM Music Boosters.
