Albert N. Penardo, 82, of Echo Road, Coventry, CT, husband of the late Edith J. Penardo, died peacefully at his home on Monday, July 27, 2009.

Amid concerns it would not be able to have a quorum for the second straight meeting, the town council will meet Thursday.
The meeting, which was supposed to be Monday, will be at 7:30 p.m. in the town hall annex.
